Changed your mind?
Under UK consumer law you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it — no reason needed. Just let us know.
You then have another 14 days to send the items back to us.
Please only handle items as you would in a shop. If an item has been used more than that, we may reduce your refund to cover the loss in value.
You pay the cost of posting items back, unless they're faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
Your refund
We'll refund you within 14 days of getting the items back or of you showing proof you sent them, whichever is sooner. This includes the standard delivery cost you paid.
If you cancel before we've sent your order, we'll refund you within 14 days of you telling us.
Refunds go back to the way you paid.
Faulty or damaged?
If a squishy arrives faulty or damaged, or splits during normal use, send us a photo through our contact page and we'll sort it.
Within 30 days of delivery you can reject a faulty item for a full refund. After that, we'll repair or replace it, or refund you if we can't. We pay return postage for faulty items.
This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
Returning deal items
If you return items bought with the Pocket-Money deal, we refund what you actually paid for each item, after the deal saving.
